To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep in touch about the services you request. We do not sell your data.

We process your data with your authorisation, given when you send us a message, in line with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run this website and our email, and only as needed to deliver that service. Some of them may store data outside Colombia.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. We delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to know, update, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your authorisation at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
